4、风水化解：主卫本来是对主卧床的，所以我们把原本衣帽间的墙拆掉，用转角柜将衣帽间和床隔开，避免主卫门对到主卧床的风水禁忌。
3、次卫改造：考虑到老人和两个小盆友早上出门之前不打挤，故将次卫从传统(单人独占式)卫生间改为了三分离式卫生间。因为小女儿的床只需要1.2米就足够，所以拆掉了与小女儿房墙体之后，将洗手台设置于此，另外一部分则是小女儿房的衣柜。
2、厨房和休闲区：业主的2楼户型在此处多出一块区域，而且这里光线非常好，所以将这里做成休闲区。将厨房与露台连通后，让生活阳台适当缩小到够用即可，让原本的中厨面积从8平变大到22平。而原来的中厨位置也可以切换为休闲区的西厨使用，弥补了原始户型休闲区那种单独而狭长的阳台的感觉。而且这里打造的“洄游动线”让去生活阳台非常便捷。厨房、生活阳台、休闲区之间可以随意切入。这种空间复合使用的设计理念，扭转了人们对既有场所的定义和感受，甚至创造一种新的生活方式与居家思维。
1、入户高度：业主不换防盗门的话入户做了地暖会导致进门地面高于室外，所以入户进门区不做地暖，有意与室内形成高差，让归家多了某种仪式感。同时也让后疫情时代回家消毒的区域与客厅形成明确分界。虽然鞋柜可以放置电梯口，但是考虑到入户后需要脱外套，把老人房的门洞微调结合背景墙设计了隐形门，让这里还能多出一个储物柜。
这是业主为了的第二套改善性住房，常住人口为两夫妻、父母、分别为3岁和6岁的两个小女儿。 业主需求： 1、首先业主喜欢敞亮、通透的空间感，很想要开放式厨房，但又担心油烟问题，希望设计师提出解决方案。 2、公共区域要尽量开阔，想把厨房外面的露台封起来当休闲区域，让家里两个小孩多些空间能够看书和玩耍。 3、经常在家里做饭，厨房区域是业主比较看着的空间之一。小孩房间需要考虑学习空间问题。主卧需要衣帽间。尽可能多的设计一些收纳空间。 4、基本上不看电视，但要保留电视功能，家里长辈或朋友来聚会时也偶尔会看。 房屋本身的优缺点 1、房子位于二楼，正对中庭，透过客厅落地玻璃绿意挺好。但整体采光则不够理想。 2、房子整体面积较大，但开发商设计的原厨房面积偏小，厨房入口也比较小气。 3、入户进门那面墙看到一个卧室的门，房间的私密性相对弱，这面墙显得不够完整。
对设计而言，解决居住的功能性和满足业主的个性化需求，这是最基本的。在此基础上，设计师能为空间创造出什么精神价值，如何能让业主一家真正乐意且舒适的呆在空间里，则是更重要的事。新的设计思路，不再以单一的功能、用途来定义家居空间，而是从对象的操作转换为关系的思考，并且力争创造出空间弹性使用的多重可能性，以更符合当代人多元和瞬变的需求。不同功能的对话与结合，碰撞出全新的至美空间。
