这个300㎡的叠墅是一个三代同堂的家，业主希望在三层的叠墅里，既能实现独立且亲密的居住体验，又能在现代简约风中追求精简。所以在保证松弛状态的同时，我们将一层作为起居中心，客厅与餐厨保持全开放式布局，并把一楼的卧室留给老人，方便起居。为了增强空间感，我们把景观阳台纳入客厅，与餐厨空间实现了南北通透 ，公共区域放大不止2倍，形成直接、便捷、流畅的生活动动线。
