四、二层作为女儿以及儿子使用的楼层。规整为南向女儿卧室套房（卧室、衣帽间、书房、卫生间）、起居室、北向儿子卧室套房（卧室、衣帽间、书房、卫生间）以及整个西向的楼台
三、一层把原来的布局客厅-餐厅-厨房，重新规划为下沉客厅、公共茶书房、长辈房（有个独立的半围合的小庭院）、餐厅、厨房、洗衣房增加使用功能的同时，让整个空间一脉相承。
二、地下一层状态是半地下状态，南向为地下，北向入户是路面的南高北低的形态。地下一层原有北入户门厅非常狭长，只有1.08米宽，却有7米进深。门厅紧挨着5.5米宽的车库，同时入门正对楼梯至一楼后又正对一层院子南门。通过对车库、门厅墙体和楼梯拆改和新建，形成了一个全新的布局，一个10个平方完整功能的入户门厅以及玄关，把直通楼梯改为U型楼梯中间增加了电梯，让客户外出和归家更为便捷和舒适。新建地下一层会客区域、品茶区域、运动区域、酒窖、影音室、客房、保姆房以及卫生间、储藏室，完善业主的使用功能。
一、435平方的房子，通过设计扩建至760平，常住人口5人。为夫妻、小儿子5岁、长辈1人，女儿17岁（在新加坡上学），住家保姆1人.整套设计方案，以客户的需求为根基，把原有诸多卧室空间做成套房，形成地下一层为娱乐会客空间以及保姆客房，一层为主厅以及长辈房，二层为孩子楼层，三层为业主夫妻楼层，每一层均有对外的公共露台让使用者能享受到风吹日晒雨淋雪降，感受到自然的状态，最终呈现客户满意效果。
设计理念：设计如数学，要真要实，通过对光影、色彩以及造型的解构和重组，完善平面功能，填充立体效果，丰富材质变化，营造有品质的简朴，有节制的奢华。
