伴随着科技的发展。人居空间还需要智能化的加持，从而实现便捷人性化的智能生活。由于业主孩子海外留学的经历以及年轻人的性格鲜明的特点，爱好及需求与父母存在较大的差异。除了设计功能与风格的包容性，更需要智能的加入老从根本上满足两代人不同的需要和使用习惯。 本案运用了智能灯光，通过调光调色满足两代人对于灯光亮度与色温的差异需求。 更有多元化的场景联动，满足动静不同的模式需要。既满足了父母常用的阅读饮茶模式，还有孩子需要的多人聚会的会客模式。娱乐影音系统的加入也满足不同的娱乐需求。
尘埃落定……
立面上，舍弃了无用的墙面装饰，利用解构主义手法和不同材质的运用，构成了结构空间美学，简约而不乏味。温润的木色，平衡了黑白的单调和冰冷。高级而温暖的冲突感使得空间拥有了独特的气质。软装家具以实木，金属，不锈钢等元素为主，搭配棉麻，羊毛等织物。窗帘多采用香格里拉，梦幻帘以及百叶形式。赋予空间光影的变化。温暖与清冷，柔软与刚硬的冲突使得空间的调性更加丰满，充满迷人的张力和感染力,沉静自洽。
拆除主卧衣帽间，并扩大主卫。在床尾增加一面高度有序的储物空间。
客卫生间空间局促，将洗手盆提出外置，方便使用。也使得客卫得以干湿分离。次卧门的移动，成就卫生间的同时，也使得自身储物空间更加充足多元。
原始结构餐厨空间狭小，入户没有储物空间，遂将厨房扩展，北面卧室打通，改造成餐厅。并保留原本入口形成洄游动线。入户做储物柜遮挡与卫生间门的对冲。解决痛点的同时，空间功能更加完备，动线舒适。
此案为130平平层，项目地河北保定。业主为三口之家，儿子远在异国留学。夫妇二人追求抛却繁杂的简单生活。 于是用断舍离的生活态度，做减法的设计。舍弃诸多无用的装饰。将有用的功能做的更美，并体现原始结构之美。将简约的生活美学，用最质朴无华的叙事手法讲述。获得沉静自洽的力量。
